Waco Suspension Bridge

The first bridge across the Brazos River, the Waco Suspension Bridge was contrstucted by the firm John A. Roebling and Son, of New York. Completed in 1869, the year of Roebling's death, the Bridge served the booming cotton trade center for over a hundred years.
